We are seeking a highly adaptable, resourceful, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner of Hart David Carson LLP as well as his entrepreneurial ventures across multiple industries. This role is not a conventional administrative position—it is a hybrid between a professional executive assistant and a personal executive assistant. The right candidate will be comfortable navigating high-level professional environments, engaging directly with clients, and handling a range of personal and business-related tasks with equal efficiency.
This is an ongoing, evolving role. The position will begin with a set scope of responsibilities and can expand significantly as trust, capability, and familiarity with the Managing Partner’s businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities
Professional Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and scheduling for the Managing Partner.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Support ongoing legal and entrepreneurial projects, including client communications and follow-ups.
- Act as a liaison with clients, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
Entrepreneurial & Client Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for select clients assigned by the Managing Partner.
- Draft and send emails, updates, and follow-ups as directed.
- Assist in coordinating business ventures across multiple industries (law, healthcare, real estate, private equity, etc.).
- Research, organize, and track details of new business initiatives.
Personal Support
- Handle occasional personal errands, scheduling, and household coordination as needed.
- Support both professional and personal events, sometimes outside of standard office hours.
- Manage tasks that bridge personal and business priorities seamlessly.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Growth
- Position pays $2,500/month initially
- Role is designed to evolve: initial responsibilities will expand to include deeper involvement across business and entrepreneurial ventures.

Base Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
