Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and cleaning windows.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Collection and removal of waste debris.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Notifying management of safety issues such as faulty wiring, broken glass, leaks, etc.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks as required by specific job sites.
- Provide janitorial services in commercial settings with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
- Support residential painting projects when needed, ensuring high standards of cleanliness during and after the job.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments effectively and on schedule.
Skills
- Experience with commercial/residential/construction cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and standards preferred.
- Experience in industrial cleaning environments is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
