Hart Advertising Account Executive
Hart Advertising is looking for a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our advertising team.. We are looking for a natural hunter with the ability to prospect and identify local and regional businesses with a desire to work in a collaborative team solving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Cold Call for New Business over the phone and in person.
- Use local market research to develop and present customized Outdoor Advertising recommendations to new business prospects to address client objectives and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure delivery of effective Outdoor Advertising campaigns.
- Communicate with Creative Department to develop artwork and maintain posting schedules.
- Use a consultative approach to build strong client relationships.
- Negotiate, Close and Execute new business contracts.
- Represent Hart Advertising at company sponsored events professionally as a market leader in OOH.
Skills/Experience:
- Strong Organizational and Time Management.
- Professional Appearance and Attitude.
- Excellent Communicator with attention to detail.
- Strong Listening, Verbal and Written skills while presenting.
- Exhibit Grit and Persistence.
- Experience in OOH and Media Sales preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with Computer Programs like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Work independently, but take direction from Sales Manager.
- Maintain and Grow Sales Book of business.
- Hit targeted deadlines for Clients and for Internal Reporting.
- Embrace Networking and Training opportunities.
- Achieve Annual Sales Quotas
