Responsibilities
- Oversee property leasing processes, including lease negotiations, permitting, and contract management to maximize stability.
- Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
- Manage legal administrative tasks including filing contracts, reviewing lease agreements, and maintaining documentation for audits or inspections.
- Conduct conflict management and negotiation with property owners to resolve disputes amicably while protecting company interests.
- Assist in upselling additional services or lease options to property owners to enhance revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity in property leasing.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Experience with legal administrative procedures related to contracts, filings, and compliance documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in an office environment while maintaining attention to detail.
