On-Deck General Manager

RELOCATION REQUIRED- This position will be an AGM / ON-DECK GENERAL MANAGER role for approximately 6-18 months to learn our operations, business systems, and service standards The On-Deck GM will transition to the role of GM when an opportunity presents itself in one of our 7 restaurants in Central and North Florida. We currently operate restaurants in Lakeland, Ocala, Gainesville, Tallahasse, St. Augustine, and Jacksonville.
Compensation based on experience. Initial total compensation in the AGM role is estimated at $80,000-$90,000. Once in the permanent GM position in the new restaurant, total compensation is estimated to be $120k annually base and bonus combined.

General Manager Qualifications:
- Current Full Service, HIGH-VOLUME ($7mm ) General Manager Experience
