- Manage cash handling procedures diligently, ensuring accuracy in transactions and balancing registers at shift end
- Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environment
- Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management to keep the store well-supplied and organized
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or placing orders remotely
- Support team members with supervising experience by collaborating effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for quick transaction processing
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
