Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm with an on-call rotation and occasional weeknight/weekend hours. 40 hours a week.

Job Requirements:
- Must maintain LPN nursing license and CPR certification
- Must pass MN Department of Human Services Background Study
- Must pass a driving record check conducted by our insurance carrier
- Willingness to learn
