Job Description: As a Car Washer/Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that each vehicle is cleaned, polished, and maintained to a high standard before it reaches our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining our dealership’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing.
- Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to paint, trim, and upholstery.
- Inspect vehicles for any signs of damage or wear and report issues to the service department.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Ensure that all detailing tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in car detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivation is a must.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug screening.
