What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality body repairs on a variety of makes and models
- Work efficiently using modern tools and equipment
- Stay productive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a strong team to meet cycle-time and quality goals
- Deliver repairs that exceed customer and insurance expectations
- Technical/trade school education or 2 years of body shop experience
- I-CAR certification (steel/aluminum preferred)
- Ability to work on multiple vehicle types
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and craftsmanship
- A results-driven mindset and team-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license
