Additional Details:- Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed
- Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents
- Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments
- Monitor daily documentation and filing
- All other duties as assigned
- Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification the state
- Current/active CPR certification
- Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear
- Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
- Medical, Dental and Vision – Voluntary Life/Disability
