Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time
What We’re Looking For
Harrod Consulting is seeking an experienced Advisory Manager to provide high-level financial strategy, Controller oversight, and hands-on accounting support to our small and medium-sized business clients across industries — including service-based companies, construction, manufacturing, professional services, and SaaS.
This role will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as client demand increases.
You’ll operate as the primary financial partner for business owners who need accurate books, strong internal controls, dependable reporting, and ongoing CFO-level guidance.

We help small to medium-sized businesses gain clarity, confidence, and clean financials — without building a fully staffed internal finance department.

- Manage financial reporting packages and present results directly to owners/executives
- Troubleshoot inconsistencies in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
- Support due-diligence requests, audit prep, and investor reporting (especially for SaaS and growth-stage clients)
- Collaborate with business owners, internal teams, and external CPAs as needed

- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Are exceptionally reliable with deadlines and follow-through
- Have strong experience with small and medium-sized organizations
- Understand SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC/LTV, deferred revenue, etc.) or are willing to learn
- Thrive in a remote environment and can manage your own workload
