Park View is seeking a Vice President of Organizational Development to join our Senior Leadership Team in Harrisonburg, VA.

In This Key Leadership Role, You’ll

Partner with our CEO and executive team to shape organizational growth? Strengthen culture and workforce development initiatives
Oversee human resources and training
Lead succession planning and organizational effectiveness
Serve as a strategic liaison between the Board of Directors, President’s Office, and management team
Help position Park View for long-term success
