Community service participants play a key role in supporting our operations, helping us serve our customers and community through the resale of donated goods that benefit charitable causes.
Requirements:
Eligibility

Community service must be related to non-violent offenses or approved program requirements (such as school, church, or nonprofit service hours).

Individuals with violent, theft-related, or sexual offenses are not eligible for placement.

An application and interview may be required prior to acceptance.

Acceptance and placement are at the discretion of Gift & Thrift management.
Responsibilities
Community service participants may assist with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Sorting, pricing, and organizing donated items

Stocking and straightening sales floor merchandise

Cleaning and maintaining store areas

Assisting customers and donors in a courteous manner
- Supporting other store functions as assigned by a supervisor
