We are seeking a Planning & Investment Associate to become a key member of our advisory team. This individual will serve a key technical role in the practice, helping advisors deliver exceptional planning and investment advice while remaining focused on client relationships.

Position Summary
The Planning & Investment Associate will support advisors through financial planning, portfolio management, trading, investment research, and client meeting preparation.
The role is designed to create advisor capacity, improve consistency across the practice, and enhance the client experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Financial Planning
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial plans
- Conduct retirement income analyses
- Run planning scenarios and stress tests
- Assist with tax-efficient planning strategies
- Assist with insurance analyses and recommendations
- Prepare planning recommendations for client meetings
Investment Management
- Execute portfolio trades
- Conduct account rebalancing
- Monitor model portfolios
- Assist with portfolio construction and implementation
- Support investment research and due diligence
- Review asset allocation and cash management opportunities
Client Meeting Support
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Assist with client review materials
- Prepare planning exhibits and recommendations
- Track implementation items and follow-up tasks
- Attend client meetings as appropriate
Advisor Support
- Provide technical planning support
- Conduct special research projects
- Improve planning and investment workflows
Qualifications
Preferred
- CFP® professional or CFP® candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment management
- Experience using financial planning software
- Strong understanding of retirement planning concepts
- Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment management
- Familiarity with portfolio management and trading processes
