What You’ll Do
- Assists Procurement Coordinator with all activities related to procurement of a commodity beginning with intent to purchase through delivery

- Analyzes the requirements of the commodity including the preliminary specifications, preferred supplier and date commodity is needed.

- Utilizes Global Shop to enter purchase orders, run automated purchasing, create/amend inventory part numbers, and enter/update costs on appropriate part numbers as required.

- Makes calls as required to vendors for follow up on status of orders in the system.

- Six months to one year related experience
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
Pay & Schedule | Pago y Horario
- Starting Pay: $17/hour (based on experience) Pago Inicial: $17 por hora (según experiencia)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7 am – 3:30 pm Some Saturdays and overtime as needed Horario: Lunes a Viernes | 7am – 3:30 pm Algunos sábados y horas extra, según necesidad
