Role Overview: We're looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for managing and delivering the technical support for software, hardware and network problems experienced by all computer users of all Harper company.
PAY RANGE: $18 - $20 per hour
PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday Friday 8am 5:00pm
*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed
What You'll Do:
- Manages help desk tickets with the company help desk software. Properly prioritize the related support based on issue severity.
- Provides firsthand technical support for all IT issues received via phone and e-mail including hardware, software or network problems.
- Clearly communicates technical solutions to employees in a user-friendly manner.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent and three years related experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
