Job Requirements:
1. Able to work on ladder or step stool
2. Able to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis
3. Proficiency in the use of custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals
4. Knowledge of basic mechanical and technical applications as related to specific job functions
5. Able to perform repetitious duties on a daily basis
6. Able to work well with others and to follow directions
7. Ability to work on short notice
