What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Clerk position at Harrison Richard Group?
One of our best client's located in Baltimore is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Clerk to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, post and record customer payments and transactions.
- Create and submit invoices to customers.
- Identify delinquent accounts and follow up on past due accounts.
- Research and resolves customer discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable.
- Generate monthly billing statements.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 years of experience within Accounts Receivable.
- Some experience with Accounts Payable preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience with Sage MAS 100 a plus.
Compensation $50K - $55K
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
