What You’ll Do
As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will work closely with our pharmacists and pharmacy team to prepare customized compounded medications while following established procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Compounding is hands-on, detail-driven work. It requires focus, consistency, precision, and accountability. Accuracy matters, teamwork matters, and reliability is essential.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands the importance of doing things correctly every time.
Qualifications
- Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the State of Ohio
- Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Compounding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to carefully follow formulas, procedures, and established protocols
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Dependability and reliability are a must
