Production Filler

Harrison Paint is a 113-year-old, local, and family-owned paint & coatings manufacturer! We manufacture both interior and exterior coatings for homes, gym floor finishes, and many other products that are sold all over the world.

A typical day for a production associate can range anything from helping produce batches to filling batches into the designated container size, to stacking boxes on a pallet to doing light maintenance (think cleaning, painting, or changing light bulbs). You very rarely do the same thing all day!

Our production team is the foundation of our organization. High-quality products, service, and workmanship have led to our excellent reputation. We are looking to find candidates that can meet these requirements:

1) Must be able to follow directions and work independently in a team setting.

2) Be reliable. In a small team, showing up to work and being on time is important and you'll be missed.

3) Keep your work area safe and clean.

4) Able to lift up to 70 pounds. (Think a 5-gallon pail)

5) High school diploma or equivalent.

*Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. This is an entry-level position. Please keep in mind you'll be working in an environment where chemicals and solvents odors are present.*

Starting wage is depending on fit and experience, attendance bonus also available.
