They help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage — offering 24/7 emergency response, remediation, and full reconstruction services from first call to final walkthrough. They take pride in treating every property like their own, and they're growing their reconstruction/rebuild division, which is where this role comes in.

Role Summar

yThey're looking to bring on an in-house Lead Project Manager / Lead Carpenter — a hybrid "General Contractor" role. This person will bridge the gap between overseeing multi-crew projects and handling smaller, hands-on work internally, helping us save on subcontracting costs and keep operations running smoothly
