You will be the bridge between executive vision and firm-wide execution, tasked with modernizing the technology stack, refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and scaling human capital. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Audit, centralize, and institutionalize SOPs across all departments to ensure scalability, consistency, and risk mitigation.
- Tech Stack Optimization: Evaluate the current fintech ecosystem; lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new technologies to drive firm-wide automation.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Spearhead rigorous data audits and maintain a culture of "clean data" to support accurate reporting and business intelligence.
- Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary intermediary between the executive team and staff, ensuring firm-wide alignment with long-term growth objectives.
- Talent & Performance: Oversee performance management frameworks, conduct reviews, and strategically forecast hiring needs to support the firm’s expansion.
Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: 5 years of experience in Financial Services required; specific experience within an RIA environment is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced operational certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a significant plus.
- Technical Acumen: Proven track record of managing and enhancing complex technology stacks and leading digital transformations.
