What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Preschool Teacher's Aide position at Harrison County Board of Developmental Disabilities?
This position will support the preschool teacher with daily tasks within the classroom for students of all abilities.
Responsibilities will include engaging in classroom activities with teachers and staff, assisting preschool students with diverse needs, and providing flexible assistance to the preschool team.
The qualified candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalency, an Ohio Department of Education Aide Permit, CPR and First Aid certification or ability to to be certified, and a valid driver's license. Basic computer skills, the ability to lift, carry or move children in a safe manner are also required.
In addition satisfactory comprehensive background checks and physical examination must be completed.
