What You’ll Do
- Own all collections and customer credit management
- Communicate directly with customers on past due and retention balances
- Reduce DSO and improve cash predictability
- Build a rolling 7–14 day cash forecast
- Partner with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting to resolve issues
- Maintain clean AR reporting (aging, retention, DSO, root causes)
- 4–7 years in AR, credit, or collections
- Proven experience managing collections independently
- Experience using Dun & Bradstreet
- Strong Excel skills
- Construction or job‑cost experience preferred
- Comfortable with direct conversations and accountable ownership
- Primarily onsite, dog‑friendly office
- Standard business hours with occasional after‑hours coverage
- Pre‑employment background check, MVR check, and drug screening required
