Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Healthcare Project Manager to their San Diego team! Responsibilities:Develop/coordinate internal budgets (prepare additional contracts, agreements, and service proposals)Manage project from start to finishManage client expectations and meet performance objectivesAssist with design process, lead meetings and presentations throughout all phases of projectLead staff (provide direction, supervision, mentoring, and leadership)Evaluate project requirementsNegotiate client agreement including fee and time scheduleComplete projects on schedule and within budget while exceeding client expectationsBuild/maintain client relationshipsReview/coordinate work of outside consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical and fire protection)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Architecture Master’s degree preferred6 years of experience in healthcare designExperience with Lean and Evidence-based design preferredRegistration/LicenseWorking knowledge of AutoCad, 3D Max, SketchUp, Microsoft Office and other industry accepted design software toolsSalary is commensurate with experience.Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to protected veteran status, disability, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.Please contact Laura Harrison for further information!www.harrisonconsultingsolutions.com 517-906-6926
