Multi-discipline engineering firm in business for decades is looking for a Civil Engineer – Discipline for their White Plains office!Responsibilities:Design and coordination of work for multidiscipline projects (due diligence/site feasibility studies, site engineering, through regulatory approvals, full permitting for full range of site development projects) Develop site layout and design (site grading and storm drainage, roadway design, water and sewer infrastructure, erosion and sediment control)Prepare hydrology and hydraulic calculationsProject administration duties (report writing, gathering information, writing proposals/correspondence, tracking project costs, completing progress reports) Prepare engineer’s opinion of probably cost for designed projects and specifications for public bidsCoordinate tasks with other departments (engineering and architectural)Build/maintain client relationships Responsible for delivering projects on-time, on budget, and within quality standardsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related discipline12 years of design experience with a focus on site development projectsPE License Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices of related technical areasKnowledge of NYSDEC storm water drainage and SWPPP requirementsProficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills, Autoturn, Excel, and PhotoshopSalary is commensurate with experience.Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to protected veteran status, disability, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.Please contact Laura Harrison for further information!www.harrisonconsultingsolutions.com517-906-6926
