Role: Senior Frontend Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Compensation: $215k - $240k per annum

This exciting startup is building a platform that helps organizations optimize and automate their software development lifecycle, by seamlessly integrating advanced AI into everyday workflows.
This client is searching for a Senior Frontend Engineer to deliver elegant, high-impact user-facing features into their platform.
Role Requirements:
- Collaborate closely with product designers and backend engineers to deliver elegant, high-impact user-facing features using React and TypeScript.
- Build intuitive, engaging interfaces that provide real value to enterprise customers.
- Design, implement, and scale platform features with a strong focus on performance, usability, and beautiful design.
- Pioneer AI-native human-computer interaction patterns, defining how people and intelligent systems collaborate to build software.
- Own features end-to-end, from concept through deployment and iteration.
Profile Signals:
- Technical background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of frontend development experience.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Redux, CSS, Styled Components, Tailwind.
- Proven track record: 5 years building and shipping highly scalable, consumer-grade web applications with React or similar frameworks.
- A passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and pushing the boundaries of interaction design.
