Harrisburg University of Science and Technology is seeking applicants for a part-time/ adjunct faculty to teach introductory and advanced undergraduate Mathematics courses for the upcoming Spring 2025 semester and beyond. Candidates should be dedicated to student-centered undergraduate teaching and should be committed to supporting the academic success of students from diverse backgrounds. Teaching is appointed on a per semester as needed basis. Responsibilities include course readiness and teaching 3 to 9 credits per semester.
Specific course needed for Spring 2025 are as follows:-
Introduction to Linear Algebra
Calculus I
Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in mathematics or in a related field.
Prior classroom teaching experience highly desirable.
