Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree or higher preferred) in Esports, sport management, business, communications, media production, marketing, or a related discipline. Special consideration will be given to those that have demonstrated experience in the Esports industry.
• Teaching Aptitude: A demonstrated passion for teaching and the ability to engage students in experiential learning.
• Industry Experience: Prior professional or entrepreneurial experience in esports, gaming, live production, broadcasting, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Mentorship Skills: Ability to guide students in projects, internships, and career development.
• Technical Expertise (preferred): Knowledge of streaming platforms, production software, or shoutcasting/ commentary.
