1. Responsibilities
- Worship & Preaching: Lead worship services and deliver Gospel-centered sermons specifically for Youth (Middle/High School) students.
- Discipleship: Conduct discipleship training and lead youth small groups.
- Pastoral Care: Provide student counseling and maintain regular communication with parents.
- Planning: Plan and execute youth retreats, camps, and special events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Education Department and church leadership to support the overall vision of the Next Generation ministry.
2. Qualifications
- Seminary student or graduate, or someone with experience serving in Youth Ministry.
- A person who is growing in faith and has a heart for the next generation.
- Passion for youth ministry, relational leadership, and a willingness to learn and grow.
3. Employment Type
