Harrisburg operates on a 4-day school week M-TH.
COMPENSATION: $44,038- $86,354
Placement on the salary schedule will be commensurate with education, experience, and work schedule. District policy GCBA will be implemented.
BENEFITS: Prorated employer-paid insurance CAP to assist with health, dental, and vision premiums, employer-paid Basic Life, and AD&D policies. Two (2) days of personal leave, ten (10) days of sick leave, paid holidays, and a generous PERS retirement contribution.
QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Oregon Teacher’s License with appropriate endorsement level required
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners. This role involves planning and delivering effective instruction, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and families to ensure student success. The teacher will foster a love of learning while promoting curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in the classroom.
