The purpose of your role as a Vice President Chief Technology Officer
As VP CTO, you will be fully accountable for the technology strategy, execution, cybersecurity, data/AI, and the enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). This includes traditional IT (infrastructure, networks, endpoints, software licensing, helpdesk, and security operations) as well as the forward-looking AI/machine learning and digital transformation agenda.
This role is established to accelerate our evolution into an AI-first organization. This leader will own the entire technology and data ecosystem, with a primary mandate to build scalable machine learning and data science capabilities and tightly integrate them into our existing operational backbone. Ensures that all major technology initiatives, especially AI/machine learning, system integrations, and digital transformations are delivered on time, on budget, and with full organizational adoption.

Harris Benefits Compensation
Pay Range: $190,000 - $304,000 per year.
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What We're Looking For In You
- 12 years of expert knowledge of information technology concepts, procedures, and practices
- 10 years of proven experience building, leading, coaching, and developing a technology team
- Strong business acumen: ability to clearly link technology initiatives directly to gross margin expansion, schedule predictability and speed, labor productivity, or risk reduction.
- Creative problem solver who explores new ways of delivering value
- Project management mindset and ability to turn big ideas into scalable, adopted solutions
- Working knowledge of construction practices with emphasis on mechanical systems and project execution
