Role Description The HVAC Project Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, MN. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new HVAC project opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with commercial and industrial clients, and preparing detailed proposals and estimates. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, construction, and service teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software, and documenting sales activities and project details.
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or building systems sales is highly beneficial.
