Harris Machine is looking to hire a full-time Human Resource/Payroll/Benefits Specialist. This Specialist is responsible for day-to-day payroll, benefits and HR administration. This position will work closely with the Management and Finance teams to provide exceptional service to HMC's employees, vendors and customers. Essential functions of this position will include but not limited to: Enters, maintains, and/or processes all information in the payroll system. Ensure proper processing of payroll, maintain all payroll information, work with new hires, prepare employee communications, administer all time and attendance benefits. You must be willing to commute to our Oakes facility as needed also. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, 2 years of payroll and HR administration experience. Compensation and experience preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, meticulous and precise attention to detail and customer service attitude.
