Harris ML Group/MDM Flawless Finish are an authorized franchises with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking janitorial technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors as needed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Work up to 20 hours per week. Hours per week are based on facility location.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
Salary : $10 - $12
