Lawn Care Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties through various landscaping and lawn care techniques. The Lawn Care Specialist will work with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain well-groomed lawns.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery for landscaping projects, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, fertilizing, watering, and weeding to promote healthy growth.
• Assist with tree care including trimming, pruning, and removal as necessary.
• Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store tools and equipment after use.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely.
• Familiarity with gardening techniques and landscape maintenance best practices.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
