Work Expectations
- Document Preparation: Printing and organizing legal documents for service.
- Flexible Hours: Work hours vary and may include early mornings, regular business hours, and evenings.
- Due Diligence Protocol: Process servers are expected to make service attempts during the following time frames:
- Before 8:00 AM
- Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- After 5:00 PM
- Service of Process: Civil process servers are responsible for the in-person delivery of court documents.
- Affidavit Completion: After successful or attempted service, servers must accurately complete and submit affidavits of service.
- Requirements:
- Access to a printer and scanner
- A reliable personal vehicle to perform job duties

This is a 1099 Contractor position, pay is per job not hourly.
