Work Expectations
Document Prep: You’ll be printing and organizing legal documents like a pro. (If your printer doesn’t give you an attitude, you’re already ahead of the game.)
Flexible Hours: Sometimes early mornings, sometimes evenings. Basically, if you can catch the elusive “person to be served,” you’re doing great.
Due Diligence Protocol:
We make service attempts at all hours life allows:
- Before 8:00 AM (for those who like to get it done before coffee)
- Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (the standard “let’s pretend we’re normal” window)
- After 5:00 PM (aka “porch light stakeout time”)
Service of Process: You’ll be hand-delivering court documents. Think of yourself as the hero who delivers justice… and paperwork.
Affidavit Completion: After each attempt, fill out the affidavit accurately. (We know paperwork isn’t glamorous, but it’s how you prove you’re awesome.)
Requirements
- Access to a printer and scanner (and maybe a little patience)
- A reliable vehicle, You'll be spending some time in there so pick a good co-pilot playlist

Heads-up: This is a 1099 Contractor position pay is per job, not hourly. (More hustle - more $$$.)
