Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability
- maintaining HIPAA compliance for confidentiality
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met safely
- Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to assist with mobility and prevent injury during transfers
- Observe and document changes in patient condition or behavior, communicating updates promptly to healthcare teams or family members
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces
Qualifications
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes is highly preferred
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of medical emergencies such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA standards and respecting client confidentiality at all times

- ability to travel for work is preferred as we service Butte, Anaconda, Deer Lodge and surrounding areas
