Job Summary

The Admin Director of Managed Care is responsible for strategically managing and optimizing the health system's relationships, contracts, and financial, value-based care arrangements with third-party payers to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency. This position provides leadership in developing, negotiating, and maintaining managed care agreements that align with Harris Health's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare to the community.

Degrees

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters Preferred
• Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or a related field
  
  

Work Experience

• Ten (10) Years of Experience in a hospital, payor financial institution
  
  

Management Experience

• Seven (7) Years of Experience: Executive Management demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare organization, healthcare business office or environment.
