Overview
Harris Health Center in East Providence is a 31 bed skilled nursing facility located in East Providence. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facility.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical skills.
- Perform repairs and painting duties as required.
- Assist with grounds maintenance (landscaping, snow removal, etc)
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, staff, outside vendors or family members.
- Assist Maintenance Director with projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare facilities maintenance preferred.
- Clear BCI from RI Attorney General's office.
- Immunization records as required by the RI Department of Health for Healthcare Workers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, outside vendors or family members.
- Works well as part of a team.
