Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Game Designer to join our creative development team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind crafting engaging, immersive gameplay experiences that captivate players across multiple platforms including Android and iOS. Your expertise in game mechanics, user experience (UX), and visual storytelling will help shape the future of our gaming titles. You will collaborate closely with artists, programmers, and producers to bring compelling worlds and characters to life using cutting-edge tools like Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, Maya, and Adobe Creative Suite. Duties

• Develop innovative game concepts, mechanics, and storylines that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Design intuitive UI/UX elements to enhance player engagement and accessibility across Android and iOS platforms.
• Create detailed documentation including gameplay flowcharts, wireframes, and storyboards using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other design tools.
• Collaborate with programmers to implement game features utilizing SDKs, APIs, C#, C , Python, JavaScript, and scripting languages within Unreal Engine or Unity environments.
• Conduct debugging and testing of game features using Visual Studio, GitHub, Perforce, SVN, and other version control systems to ensure smooth performance.
• Optimize graphics and animations through 3D modeling (using Maya, Blender), 2D animation techniques, and computer graphics principles for seamless gameplay experiences.
• Participate in Agile development cycles with Jira or similar tools to plan sprints, track progress, and refine game features based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing engaging games for Android and iOS platforms with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine or Unity for game development; familiarity with HLSL shaders is a plus.
• Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; experience with Blender or Maya for 3D modeling/animation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development principles including OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), MVC architecture, SDK integration, APIs, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of computer graphics techniques such as HLSL shaders and rendering pipelines; experience with debugging tools like Visual Studio is essential.
• Familiarity with version control systems including GitHub, Perforce, SVN for collaborative development.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
