About the Role:
As our Marketing Manager, you will be the day-to-day leader of our marketing team, turning strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across our content, campaigns, and marketing channels. You’ll provide the team with clear direction, support, and coaching while maintaining the high standards our clients expect from us.
Our clients are often facing one of the hardest transitions of their working lives, making accurate, timely, and trustworthy communication especially important. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll take approved strategy and turn it into action, using sound judgment to make day-to-day decisions, maintain our brand standards, and keep the team moving forward.
These are the responsibilities of a Marketing Manager:
- Lead the marketing team day to day, providing clear direction, coaching, feedback, and support.
- Translate approved marketing strategies into clear, actionable direction for the team.
- Review and approve marketing content and creative work, maintaining consistent brand and messaging standards across email, website, social media, video, webinars, and other channels.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to keep production and operations aligned while maintaining clear ownership of team leadership and project logistics.
- Keep work moving at pace, using sound judgment to make routine decisions independently and recognizing when additional input or direction is needed.
- Identify and address quality issues before work reaches clients or leadership.
- Keep the Marketing Director informed on team performance, priorities, and department needs.
- Support the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of marketing team members.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
