Duties
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.
- Conduct thorough ID checks to verify the age of patrons entering the premises.
- Manage crowd control during peak hours, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.
- Respond promptly to incidents, including altercations or disturbances, using conflict management techniques.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the well-being of all patrons.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or misconduct.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bouncer security IS MANADTORY.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
