**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate a forklift safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load and unload materials and deliveries
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Move pallets of merchandise to designated areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role
- Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment repairs
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a distribution center
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for safe forklift operation
- Ability to perform order picking accurately and efficiently
- Pass background and drug screening
- Must be able to physically handle product that can range from 45 to 150 pounds
- Must be able to stand on concrete for long periods during the day
