Position Overview:
This position will lead a team of IT professionals and business analysts supporting the functional side of the PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM ERP system. The team you manage is responsible for maintaining production system, requirements gathering, application configuration, end-user support, and testing for ongoing enhancements to the production application.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic ERP PeopleSoft Functional Manager to lead the support, enhancement, and transformation of our PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) platforms. This role combines technology strategy, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure the effective delivery of enterprise systems that support critical business functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, providing thought leadership, driving system improvements, and contributing to a long-term transformation roadmap for FSCM systems and processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of functional and systems analysts supporting PeopleSoft FSCM. Establish team priorities, performance goals, and professional development plans. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on service delivery and continuous improvement.
Technology Strategy & Architecture:
Define and execute the functional strategy for PeopleSoft FSCM aligned with business objectives. Partner with cross functional teams to ensure scalable, sustainable system design. Contribute to the development of a multi-year FSCM transformation roadmap, including process optimization and technology modernization.
Operational Execution:
Oversee day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of People Soft Finance and Supply Chain systems. Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls and policies. Manage incident resolution, enhancements, and release cycles
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance/Supply Chain business stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on system capabilities and process improvements.
Project Delivery:
Lead and support the successful delivery of FSCM technology initiatives and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Three(3) years of experience supporting PeopleSoft version 9.0 or above
Three (3) years of experience managing or leading the ERP team
Seven (7) years of experience supporting ERP applications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
7 years of experience with ERP systems, with a strong focus on People Soft FSCM.
Proven experience leading functional or systems analyst teams.
Deep understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Inventory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
