The Harris County District Attorney�s Office is seeking qualified Paralegals to work directly with one or more Assistant District Attorneys. Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in case preparation, including drafting subpoenas, motions, and notices
- Maintain ongoing communication with complainants and witnesses throughout the case preparation process
- Coordinate witness availability and appearance for trial
- Conduct legal research as requested
- Provide consistent and professional contact with complainants and witnesses to ensure continuity
- Associate of Applied Science degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Hours may vary depending on department needs.
- $31.54 hourly/ $65,603.20 annually
