This position provides the opportunity to gain experience in civil litigation, handle your own docket, supervise a paralegal, and work closely with other areas including Major Narcotics and Money Laundering. Asset Forfeiture provides a great way to learn civil law and its practical application. While prior experience in civil law is not necessary, any previous experience is a plus.
