Searching for an Engineering Technician Level D who will work with a multi-disciplinary team to collaboratively design, manufacture, and test electronic and electro-mechanical. The ideal candidate should have experience using manual and automated test equipment ( multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal test generators, power supplies, counters, etc .) and experience troubleshooting electronic circuitry to the component level.

Essential Functions:
- Set up test equipment and perform electronic testing, both manual and automated, in a production and Engineering Lab environments.
- Perform electronic troubleshooting and fault isolation.
- Record test data, maintain test data file system, shop routing documentation and accept/reject data for production & engineering assemblies.
- Assist technicians and engineers in performing Root Cause and Failure Analysis.
- Assist Engineering in establishing operating standards for test systems including detailed test plans and work instructions.
- Ability to obtain US security clearance.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant work experience related to testing, troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuits and electronic components or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant work experience related to testing, troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuits and electronic components.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance or higher.
- Experience using spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal generators, and other RF test equipment.
- Experience working in the Defense Industry.
- Experience working in Electronics Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of computerized test equipment, including hands-on experience is required.
- Working knowledge (formal training and practical experience) of electronic circuitry.
- Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams.
