POSITION TITLE: Project Manager
POSITION DESCRIPTION: A Project Manager is responsible for projects from start to completion. They are the primary leader between the client, engineers, architects, trade partners, superintendent’s, and field technicians. They are directly accountable for the financial performance, schedule adherence, project and team safety and development. This is also a key position in the building of relationships with our clients and subcontractors.
EXPERIENCE: *Minimum 3 years of construction management of which 2 years being In the State of Colorado with projects up to at least $5M
*Plan comprehension, translation, and review
*Project estimating and composing estimating data base
*Budget building and monitoring
*Schedule composing and monitoring
*Submittal request and obtainment
*Long Lead Item execution
*Lead entire project team via effective communication and management skills
*Job site safety and OSHA adherence
*Project Quality Control
*Contract adherence to specifications and guidelines
